Below is a conceptual of phased development, assuming that the development is approved and funding is aquired.
The development could take 5 to 10 years to complete.
 
Phase 1
PHASE 1
  1. Obtain permission to close Buena Vista Ave
  2. Remove playground
  3. Construction: (a) Expand kitchen; (b) build new office space; (c) build new entrance
  4. Remove old offices, cottage, joy center, part of day care center

 
Phase 2
PHASE 2
  1. Construct new children's outreach (a) to be used for Infant-4 yr and K-12. A two story facility which later would convert for additional offices and ministries when the Youth Center is built (Phase 3).

 
Phase 3

  1. Construct new Youth Center (a).

  1. Remove Celebration Center, Living Room, Barracks.
  2. Construct new Worship Center, approx. 800 seats. (a)
